Tara Loveland
PT, DPT

Tara was born and raised in Temple City, CA, a suburb of Los Angeles. She attended the University of California, San Diego where she earned her undergraduate degree in Cognitive Science before moving to Denver for physical therapy school. She graduated from the University of Colorado with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in December 2020.

Tara is passionate about providing each and every one of her clients the opportunity to achieve the active and healthy lifestyle they’ve always imagined – regardless of pain and/or injury. Clinically, she has a special interest in return-to-sport rehabilitation and pelvic health, specifically, postpartum return to exercise. She is passionate about helping her clients optimize movement, recover from injury, and/or prevent future injury by utilizing a total-body treatment approach that reaches the “root cause” of the problem.

When Tara is not in the clinic, she enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, cycling, and pretty much anything that gets her outdoors. She also enjoys the occasional day indoors reading a good book, watching a good Netflix series, or cooking a new recipe.

PT, DPT, PCES

Kim Landers earned her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Sports Science and Kinesiology at Concordia University in Irvine, California. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Chapman University in California earning an award at graduation for academic excellence. She decided she wanted to live in Colorado with her sister, so she moved to Denver following PT school graduation in 2012. Her parents shortly followed and now her family is all together again!

She is passionate about all things related to pelvic health but especially loves treating pregnancy/postpartum and the GI system. She has taken extensive coursework to further her knowledge including pelvic floor, complex pelvic pain, men’s health,  fascia manipulation, visceral manipulation and bowel function. She is trigger point dry needling certified (level 1 Kinetacore and levels 1 and 2 Myopain). Additionally she is a certified pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist (PCES). This certification adds to her knowledge and understanding of the pregnant and postpartum body, and assists in her “whole body” approach to care.

When she is not working, you can find her enjoying the great state of CO with her 2 kiddos, 2 dogs and her husband!

Dr Emily Roberts DPT OCS

Dr. Emily Roberts
DPT, OCS

Emily Roberts received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2012, and her Bachelor of Science in Human Development, also at the University of Wisconsin.

Emily spent the first part of her career back in the midwest where she is from. It is there that she began to specialize in treating runners, low back, hip and pelvic pain. Emily is a Certified Orthopedic Specialist, so her strong orthopedic background has helped her to more thoroughly treat her pelvic floor patients with a "whole body" approach. Emily feels strongly about both patient advocacy and patient education. She is trained in treating both male and female pelvic floor conditions.

With a strong commitment to service and volunteering, Emily has traveled to Haiti to help educate local providers and provide orthopedic and pelvic floor PT services for a small community on the northern coast. She hopes to be involved in more service trips abroad in years to come.

Emily moved to Denver in 2017 to explore her love of the mountains, hiking and being active. When not working with patients, she loves to swim, bike, and run with her dog, Ollie.
